Tell us what happened
Include the tool name, your browser and a description of the issue. Use a non-sensitive example if a translation behaved unexpectedly. Do not send recovery keys, passwords, payment card details or confidential documents.
Account and billing requests
For data access, deletion or billing questions, describe your request without sharing your private account key. Identity verification may be needed before account changes. No fixed response-time promise is made during this beta.
Report a security issue
Send a brief description and steps that demonstrate the problem without accessing another person’s data. Do not perform disruptive testing. We will investigate reports, but this is not a paid bug-bounty programme.
